Can I print a certificate at the time of purchase or will it be mailed to me?

Once you make your purchase certificates are available for instant download and printing. The download is a pdf file and you print directly from the file. Your certificate purchases are also stored in your 'My Account Manager'. So you don't have to print them until you are ready to use them. Simply sign into your account when ready to print. Access your account by clicking on the 'My Account' link in the navigation area located near the top of the homepage.

Please note that there are 2 courses that we have to mail the certificates to you. They are Pleasant Valley and South Riding located in the VA-DC Metro area.

What is the cancellation policy if I make a tee time?

If you need to cancel a tee time please notify us no less than 24 hrs. prior to your tee time reservation. In the event of weather related cancellations call the course to determine playing conditions. If you do not call the course to cancel they reserve the right to charge for the tee time.

Do I pay at the course or online?

In the vast majority of cases you will be paying the negotiated fees directly to the course at the time of play.

You will pay a small service fee at the time of your online purchase ranging from $.50 to $2.95 depending on the amount of the discount you are receiving.

Please note that there are a few exceptions where you may pay a portion or all of the fees online at time of purchase and pay the balance, if any, at the course.

Your email confirmation and or certificate will always have the amount due at the course in the event you are uncertain.

In the event we are not able to answer your call we are helping other customers or it may be after our business hours of 9am to 9pm EST Mon-Fri. Please leave a message and your call will be returned in the order it was received or on the next business day.

Customer service is available on weekends and holidays by leaving a voice message. We will then return your call at the first available opportunity.
